Hailing from Northern Alabama and southern Tennessee, the Pine Hill Haints have recorded three albums for K. Midnight Opry [KLP236] was recorded by Lynn Bridges at Black Dial Sound Studio in Water Valley, Mississippi, entirely in one late night. Midnight Opry includes all the Pine Hill Haints signature sounds: fiddle, bucket bass, washboard and plaintive, bluesy rockin’.

Recorded at the Black Owl Trading Company in downtown Florence, AL. “Drop and Fall” is Jamie Barrier solo on the acoustic guitar. “I Came from Foreign Lands” is a song Jamie learned from an elderly woman who spent her entire life living in Florence. It features Daniel Crisler on acoustic guitar and Jamie on the fiddle.
